How It Works
A clear process.
Beautiful results.
We’ve refined our approach over 20 years of renovations. Every project follows the same five steps — keeping you informed, in control, and confident throughout.
Free Consultation
We visit your home, understand your vision, and discuss what’s possible within your budget — no obligation.
This is a relaxed conversation, not a sales pitch. We want to understand how you live, what you love about your home, and what’s frustrating you. We’ll bring relevant examples of our work and be honest about what’s achievable.
Design & Planning
Our designers create detailed plans and 3D visuals so you can see exactly how your space will look.
We produce CAD drawings, material schedules, and where helpful, photo-realistic renders. You’ll have a clear picture of the finished result before a single wall is touched.
Detailed Quote
A fixed, transparent quote with no hidden costs. You know exactly what you’re paying before work begins.
Our quotes are itemised and plain-English. We don’t use provisional sums to keep the headline number low — what you see is what you pay, unless you choose to change something.
Construction
Our skilled tradespeople get to work. We keep disruption to a minimum and update you throughout.
We work to a clear programme and communicate proactively. If something unexpected comes up — as it sometimes does in older properties — we’ll tell you straight away and agree a solution.
Final Walkthrough
We walk you through every detail together. We don’t leave until you’re completely happy.
We produce a snagging list ourselves and address everything before we consider the project complete. Your satisfaction is the standard, not our schedule.
See the difference the process makes.

Do you provide a free, no-obligation quote?
Yes, always. We visit your home, understand what you’re looking for, and provide a detailed written quote — completely free of charge and with no pressure to proceed.
How long does a typical renovation take?
It depends on the scope. A bathroom renovation typically takes 2–3 weeks; a kitchen renovation 3–5 weeks; a single-storey extension 10–16 weeks; a full home renovation 3–6 months. We’ll give you a realistic, written timeline before any work begins.
What areas of Gloucestershire do you cover?
We’re based in Whitminster and cover the whole of Gloucestershire, including Cheltenham, Stroud, Gloucester, Cirencester, Tetbury, Dursley, Nailsworth, Painswick, Bourton-on-the-Water, Tewkesbury, Winchcombe, and surrounding villages. If you’re just outside Gloucestershire, contact us — we may still be able to help.
Are you fully insured and accredited?
Yes. We hold full public liability insurance, are Gas Safe registered, NICEIC approved for electrical work, CHAS accredited, Which? Trusted Traders endorsed, and members of the Federation of Master Builders. We’re happy to share copies of any certification.
How much does a kitchen renovation cost in Gloucestershire?
Every kitchen renovation is different — costs vary depending on size, layout changes, choice of cabinetry, worktops, and appliances. We provide a detailed, itemised fixed quote after visiting your home, so you know exactly what you’re getting before committing. There’s no charge for the quote and no obligation to proceed.
How much does a bathroom renovation cost?
Bathroom renovation costs depend on the size of the space, the specification of sanitaryware, and whether any structural or plumbing changes are needed. We’ll assess your bathroom in person and provide a fixed, transparent quote — no hidden costs, no provisional sums. Contact us to arrange a free home visit.
Can I stay in my home during renovation?
In most cases, yes. We plan our work to minimise disruption and maintain access to essential facilities wherever possible. For larger full-home renovations, we’ll discuss this openly during the consultation and plan the sequence of work around your needs.
Do you work on period and listed properties?
Yes. We have extensive experience working on Victorian terraces, Edwardian houses, Cotswold stone properties, and Grade II listed buildings across Gloucestershire. We understand the constraints involved and work within permitted development rules and listed building consent requirements.
Do you manage the entire project or just the building work?
We offer a complete service — design, planning, procurement, and on-site construction — all managed by us. You have a single point of contact from start to finish. We can also work alongside your architect or interior designer if you already have one.
